All computerized patterns are delivered as compressed zip files. You will receive email receipt with download link right after complete payment. To unzip compressed files you need to use WinZip or WinRar software.

Digital patterns are not refundable once they have been downloaded unless there is a problem with the pattern that can not be resolved. Patterns are guaranteed to work on the machines indicated above.
